1. [CoinSend&CoinGet center] Optimized the display of the speed-up window for EVM-based chains, adding Gas Price per unit to facilitate acceleration fee calculation.

2. [CoinGet Center] Optimized the display of the receiving address page, standardizing the edit button operation within a unified window.
