1. [Merchant Backend] Meta BOR (BOR): To link with networks requiring addresses of ETH or other EVM types, set preferences in "Currency Management" in the merchant backend, then update the CoinSend & CoinGet clients to the latest version V2.0.6 to activate.

2. [API] Added an API interface to query the current block height across various chains.

Feature Optimizations

1. [CoinSend Center] When submitting transactions under the XLM currency, add a validation check for memo length to avoid broadcasting failures.

2. [Sub-Account Backend] Display all action buttons, but make them unclickable if permissions are lacking.

3. [CoinGet Center] During collection record callbacks, if coinsdoID is found with the default value of 0, trigger an assignment action.
